Campus Access

For non-PKU personnel, you may enter the campus unlimited times by swiping your ID card or presenting your passport in the Authorized Entry Period. If you experience any issue on swiping your ID card upon first entry, please ask the security guard to check the "Frequent Visitor List(常客名单)".
During the conference, it is recommended that you enter through the Southwest Gate、Southeast Gate and East Gate.

Accommodation

During the conference period, registered participants who are not based in Beijing will be arranged accommodation at PALACE Hotel (Beijing Zhongguancun Suzhou Street Branch), No.42 Haidian Street, Haidian District, Beijing.

BICMR will not be able to cover the accommodation for all conference participants. If your accommodation dates change, please contact us as soon as possible to make the necessary adjustments. There is no guarantee that housing will be available outside of your confirmed dates.
